In addition to the three Alingsås teams, 57 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 3 could be found in Group 2 together with Växjö HF 1, Tollarps IF 2, Halmstad Handboll 1, Kävlinge HK 2, Ystads IF HF 1, Tyresö Handboll 1, Eslövs HF 2, Vinslövs HK 1 and Åhus Handboll 3.

Alingsås HK 3 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 3 with 2-11. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad 3 won over IFK Bankeryd 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

Alingsås HK also participated in Pojkar 2007 D1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/4 Final in P07 B-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd 1 with 3-9.
