In addition to the two Kävlinge teams, 58 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Växjö HF 1, Tollarps IF 2, Halmstad Handboll 1, Alingsås HK 3, Ystads IF HF 1, Tyresö Handboll 1, Eslövs HF 2, Vinslövs HK 1 and Åhus Handboll 3.

Kävlinge HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Raklev G&I Raklev with 6-11. In the Final, IFK Bankeryd 2 won over Ystads IF HF 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.
