In addition to the two Eskilstuna Guif teams, 58 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Eskilstuna Guif IF 1 could be found in Group 6 together with IFK Bankeryd 1, Uppsala HK, Åhus Handboll 5, IFK Malmö HF, Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll 2, HK Ankaret, IFK Kristianstad 1, HK Aranäs 1 and OV Helsingborg HK 1.

Eskilstuna Guif IF 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs 1 with 8-9. In the Final, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb won over OV Helsingborg HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.
