Eskilstuna Guif IF F06 2

In addition to the two Eskilstuna Guif teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 could be found in Group 7 together with Ystads IF HF 1, Kristianstad HK 1, Hammarby IF HF 2, Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll 1, Tollarps IF 2, Alingsås HK 1, Borlänge HK, Lugi HF 1 and Kävlinge HK 2.

Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 2 with 7-13. In the Final, Alingsås HK 1 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.
