In addition to the two Föreningen Karlskrona teams, 58 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll 2 could be found in Group 6 together with IFK Bankeryd 1, Eskilstuna Guif IF 1, Uppsala HK, Åhus Handboll 5, IFK Malmö HF, HK Ankaret, IFK Kristianstad 1, HK Aranäs 1 and OV Helsingborg HK 1.

Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Veberöds HK 2 with 2-10. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad 3 won over IFK Bankeryd 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.
