In addition to the two OV Helsingborg teams, 58 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof OV Helsingborg HK 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Ystads IF HF 4, Växjö HF 2, Habo HK, Tyresö Handboll 2, Alingsås HK 1, Åhus Handboll 1, Veberöds HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK 2 and IFK Kristianstad 3.

In the Final, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb won over OV Helsingborg HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.
