In addition to the two Tyresö teams, 58 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Tyresö Handboll 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Ystads IF HF 4, Växjö HF 2, Habo HK, Alingsås HK 1, Åhus Handboll 1, Veberöds HK 1, OV Helsingborg HK 2, Lödde Vikings HK 2 and IFK Kristianstad 3.

Tyresö Handboll 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 4-8. In the Final, IFK Bankeryd 2 won over Ystads IF HF 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

Tyresö Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2007 D1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/4 Final in P07 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs HF 1 with 3-5.
