In addition to the 5 Åhus teams, 55 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Ystads IF HF 4, Växjö HF 2, Habo HK, Tyresö Handboll 2, Alingsås HK 1, Veberöds HK 1, OV Helsingborg HK 2, Lödde Vikings HK 2 and IFK Kristianstad 3.

Åhus Handboll 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Trelleborg Handbollsklubb with 3-11. In the Final, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb won over OV Helsingborg HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

Åhus Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2007 D1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in P07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 3 with 2-9.
