In addition to the two Åhus teams, 48 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Skuru IK, Ystads IF HF 2, IFK Malmö HF IFK MALMÖ, Alingsås HK 3, Lödde Vikings HK 2, Lugi HF 1, IFK Bankeryd 1, IFK Tumba HK 1 and Huddinge HK 1.

Åhus Handboll 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Tomelilla IF with 7-8. In the Final, Kristianstad HK 2 won over Alingsås HK 3 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

Åhus Handboll also participated in Flickor 2007 D1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in F07 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Vinslövs HK F07/08 with 1-9.
