Åhus Handboll F06 1

In addition to the two Åhus teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 1 could be found in Group 4 together with Höörs HK H 65 1, H43 Lund HF 4, Uppsala HK 1, Önnereds HK 2, Halmstad Handboll Halmstad handboll 2, Vetlanda HF 2, Vinslövs HK 1, Kävlinge HK 1 and Huddinge HK 3.

Åhus Handboll 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 1 with 8-12. In the Final, Lugi HF 1 won over Vinslövs HK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Åhus Handboll also participated in Flickor 2006 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK 1 with 10-13.
