In addition to the two OV Helsingborg teams, 74 other teams played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof OV Helsingborg HK F05A could be found in Group 8 together with Tyresö Handboll, H43 Lund HF 4, IFK Tumba HK, Borlänge HK 2, Alingsås HK 3, Åhus Handboll 2, Vadstena HF, Kävlinge HK and Trelleborg Handbollsklubb 1.
OV Helsingborg HK F05A continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Sollentuna HK with 7-8. In the Final, Alingsås HK 4 won over Haninge HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2005. OV Helsingborg HK also participated in Flickor 2005 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017.
