In addition to IK Lågan Hörby, 69 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby could be found in Group 3 together with HK Ankaret, Kungsängens SK 2, IFK Kristianstad 3, Eskilstuna Guif IF 3, HK Hylte, Ronneby HK 1, Åhus Handboll 2, GF Kroppskultur Vit and H43 Lund HF 4.
IK Lågan Hörby made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IFK Kristianstad 2, which they won with 12-11. Thereby IK Lågan Hörby won the entire A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Pojkar 2003 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017.
