In addition to the four H43 Lund teams, 66 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 4 could be found in Group 3 together with HK Ankaret, Kungsängens SK 2, IFK Kristianstad 3, Eskilstuna Guif IF 3, HK Hylte, IK Lågan Hörby, Ronneby HK 1, Åhus Handboll 2 and GF Kroppskultur Vit.

H43 Lund HF 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 2 with 9-13. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby won over IFK Kristianstad 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.
