In addition to the 5 Alingsås teams, 71 other teams played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 5 could be found in Group 7 together with Eslövs IK 3, Haninge HK 2, Lödde Vikings HK 4, Lugi HF Lugi vinröd, Åhus Handboll 3, Raklev G&I 2, Höörs HK H 65 1 and Eskilstuna Guif IF.

Alingsås HK 5 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 2 with 7-8. In the Final, Alingsås HK 4 won over Haninge HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

Alingsås HK also participated in Flickor 2005 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/4 Final in F05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund 1 with 6-9.
