In addition to the two H 78 Sölvesborg teams, 63 other teams played in Pojkar 2006. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof H 78 Sölvesborg 1 could be found in Group 6 together with Önnereds HK 2, Kävlinge HK, Alingsås HK 4, Eskilstuna Guif IF 3, Åhus Handboll 1, HK Hök, IK Lågan Hörby 3 and Ystads IF HF 2.

H 78 Sölvesborg 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 3 with 5-6. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 1 won over Halmstad Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006.

H 78 Sölvesborg also participated in Pojkar 2006 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in P06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Trelleborg HBK with 5-6.
