In addition to Kävlinge HK, 64 other teams played in Pojkar 2006. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK could be found in Group 6 together with Önnereds HK 2, Alingsås HK 4, Eskilstuna Guif IF 3, Åhus Handboll 1, HK Hök, IK Lågan Hörby 3, H 78 Sölvesborg 1 and Ystads IF HF 2.

Kävlinge HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Silwing/Troja with 3-9. In the Final, HK Silwing/Troja won over Eskilstuna Guif IF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006.

Kävlinge HK also participated in Pojkar 2006 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/4 Final in P06 B-Slutspel, but lost it against H 78 Sölvesborg 2 with 5-9.
