In addition to the two H 78 Sölvesborg teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof H 78 Sölvesborg 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Falu HK, IFK Malmö HF 1, Lugi HF 3, HK Eskil, Åhus Handboll 1, Uppsala HK 3, Halmstad Handboll 2, Alingsås HK 2 and IFK Kristianstad 6.

H 78 Sölvesborg 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF 3 with 5-6. In the Final, GF Kroppskultur Grön won over Eskilstuna Guif IF 3 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

H 78 Sölvesborg also participated in Pojkar 2003 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/4 Final in P03 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Kävlinge HK with 9-12.
