In addition to the three Lågan Hörby teams, 62 other teams played in Pojkar 2006. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Vit, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2, Alingsås HK 3, Borlänge HK, Åhus Handboll 3, Lugi HF 2 and Ronneby HK 1.

IK Lågan Hörby 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Kävlinge HK with 7-8. In the Final, HK Silwing/Troja won over Eskilstuna Guif IF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Pojkar 2006 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in P06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs HF 2 with 9-12.
