In addition to the three Eskilstuna Guif teams, 62 other teams played in Pojkar 2006. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Vit, Alingsås HK 3, Borlänge HK, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Åhus Handboll 3, Lugi HF 2 and Ronneby HK 1.

Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Raklev G&I Raklev with 8-9. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 1 won over Halmstad Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006.
