In addition to the three Lågan Hörby teams, 62 other teams played in Pojkar 2006. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby 2 could be found in Group 7 together with Eskilstuna Guif IF 1, GF Kroppskultur, Växjö HF, Åhus Handboll 2, Vinslövs HK, H43 Lund HF 3, Ronneby HK 2 and Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Svart.

IK Lågan Hörby 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 3 with 7-13. In the Final, HK Silwing/Troja won over Eskilstuna Guif IF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Pojkar 2006 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in P06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs HF 2 with 9-12.
