Team van Stam was one of 254 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Damer.
In addition to Team van Stam, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Team van Stam could be found in Group 4 together with Supersnälla Silvertjejerna 2, Fricks Cement, Batgirls, Goiset Kaa, Gamla Gardet(GG), Falköpings AIK HK and Botulfsplatsens BK. Team van Stam continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against A-team with 10-13. In the Final, Electric Banana Band won over A-team and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer. Team van Stam comes from Mölndal which lies approximately 240 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Mölndal does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018 (Among others: IK Baltichov, HK Aranäs, Önnereds HK, Kärra HF, IK Sävehof, VAKTAR BEACHEN, Näset, Torslanda HK, Redbergslids IK and Särökometernas HK). 10 games playedGoals |
