Fricks Cement was one of 254 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Damer.
In addition to Fricks Cement, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Fricks Cement could be found in Group 4 together with Supersnälla Silvertjejerna 2, Batgirls, Goiset Kaa, Gamla Gardet(GG), Team van Stam, Falköpings AIK HK and Botulfsplatsens BK. Fricks Cement continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against A-team with 7-8. In the Final, Electric Banana Band won over A-team and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer. Fricks Cement comes from Höör which lies approximately 49 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
