A-laget was one of 254 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Damer.
In addition to A-laget, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof A-laget could be found in Group 2 together with Kungarna av Tylösand, Party, Stolpskottet, HP Warta, Heradsbygda Håndballklubb, Electric Banana Band and Pen IS. A-laget continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Kungarna av Tylösand with 8-10. In the Final, HK Spräng won over Kungarna av Tylösand and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer. A-laget comes from LUND which lies approximately 75 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around LUND does also provide 74 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018 (Among others: Mmm Tacos, Enter Sandman, Lugi HF, Vakant, Sparbanken Skåne, Eslövs IK, IFK Malmö HF, IK Lågan Hörby, H43 Lund HF and Eslövs HF). 10 games playedGoals |
