In addition to the two Gustavsbergs teams, 77 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Gustavsbergs IF HK 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Eslövs IK Gul, H43 Lund HF 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, IK Baltichov, Halmstad Handboll Blå, Hammarby IF HF Grön, Åhus Handboll 2, Uppsala HK 4 and HK Aranäs 2.

Gustavsbergs IF HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 2 with 5-6. In the Final, Raklev G&I 2 won over Alingsås HK 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.
