In addition to Gustavsbergs IF HK, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Gustavsbergs IF HK could be found in Group 3 together with Eslövs IK Svart, Alingsås HK, Staffanstorps HK Nollfyrorna, Ystads IF HF 3, Falköpings AIK HK RÖD, Ovesholms IF 1, Skåre HK 1, IFK Tumba HK and OV Helsingborg HK.

Gustavsbergs IF HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK Röd with 8-10. In the Final, H43 Lund HF won over Kristianstad HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

Gustavsbergs IF HK also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Kärra HF 2 with 9-10.
