In addition to the three IFK Malmö teams, 67 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Malmö HF Vit could be found in Group 5 together with Huddinge HK 1, Höörs HK H 65 Röd, Lödde Vikings HK Vit, Staffanstorps HK Blå, IK Lågan Hörby 2, Gökstens BK 1, H43 Lund HF 5, Kristianstad HK 1 and IK Lågan Hörby 1.

IFK Malmö HF Vit continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK Röd with 3-9. In the Final, Huddinge HK 1 won over IFK Bankeryd 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

IFK Malmö HF also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 1 with 6-7.
