In addition to the two Lågan Hörby teams, 68 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Huddinge HK 1, Höörs HK H 65 Röd, Lödde Vikings HK Vit, Staffanstorps HK Blå, IK Lågan Hörby 2, Gökstens BK 1, H43 Lund HF 5, Kristianstad HK 1 and IFK Malmö HF Vit.

IK Lågan Hörby 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Huddinge HK 2 with 8-9. In the Final, Huddinge HK 1 won over IFK Bankeryd 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the Semi final in F07 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK 3 with 7-9.
