In addition to the three Aranäs teams, 76 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof HK Aranäs 3 could be found in Group 3 together with Eslövs IK Rosa, Borlänge HK 1, Huddinge HK 2, Särökometernas HK Grön, OV Helsingborg HK MS, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb, Lidingö SK Blå, H43 Lund HF 4 and Eskilstuna Guif IF 2.

HK Aranäs 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 3 with 7-9. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK 3 won over Eslövs IK Svart and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

HK Aranäs also participated in Flickor 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 1 with 10-11.
