In addition to the two OV Helsingborg teams, 77 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof OV Helsingborg HK MS could be found in Group 3 together with Eslövs IK Rosa, Borlänge HK 1, Huddinge HK 2, Särökometernas HK Grön, HK Aranäs 3, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb, Lidingö SK Blå, H43 Lund HF 4 and Eskilstuna Guif IF 2.

OV Helsingborg HK MS continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Vinslövs HK with 13-14. In the Final, Haninge HK 2 won over Vinslövs HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

OV Helsingborg HK also participated in Flickor 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Sollentuna HK with 7-8.
