In addition to the two OV Helsingborg teams, 72 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof OV Helsingborg HK 1 could be found in Group 7 together with HK Aranäs Vit, Kävlinge HK Blå, Ystads IF HF Di Blåe, IFK Bankeryd 2, Halmstad Handboll 3, Tyresö Handboll, Önnereds HK and Åhus Handboll 2.

OV Helsingborg HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 with 6-8. In the Final, Lugi HF 1 won over Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

OV Helsingborg HK also participated in Pojkar 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Trelleborg Handbollsklubb with 6-8 and ended up in second place.
