In addition to OV Helsingborg HK, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof OV Helsingborg HK could be found in Group 3 together with Eslövs IK Svart, Alingsås HK, Gustavsbergs IF HK, Staffanstorps HK Nollfyrorna, Ystads IF HF 3, Falköpings AIK HK RÖD, Ovesholms IF 1, Skåre HK 1 and IFK Tumba HK.
OV Helsingborg HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ovesholms IF 2 with 10-11. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Huddinge HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003. 11 games playedGoals |
