In addition to the two Kärra teams, 27 other teams played in Flickor 2001. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Kärra HF 1 could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Tumba HK 1, IF Hallby HK 2, Staffanstorps HK, KFUM Lundagård, Back on Track Beachhandbolls Club, IK Lågan Hörby, HK Ankaret Röd, Halmstad Handboll and Eslövs IK 2.
Kärra HF 1 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IFK Kristianstad, which they won with 12-10. Thereby Kärra HF 1 won the entire A-Slutspel in Flickor 2001 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019. Kärra HF also participated in Flickor 2001 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018.
