In addition to Staffanstorps HK, 28 other teams played in Flickor 2001. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Staffanstorps HK could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Tumba HK 1, IF Hallby HK 2, KFUM Lundagård, Kärra HF 1, Back on Track Beachhandbolls Club, IK Lågan Hörby, HK Ankaret Röd, Halmstad Handboll and Eslövs IK 2.

Staffanstorps HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kärra HF 1 with 13-14. In the Final, Kärra HF 1 won over IFK Kristianstad and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2001.

Staffanstorps HK also participated in Flickor 2001 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F01 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Borlänge HK 1 with 11-12.
