In addition to the three IFK Tumba teams, 67 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba HK 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Ronneby HK 1, Ystads IF HF 2, Huddinge HK 3, IFK Bankeryd 1, Lödde Vikings HK Playa, Eslövs IK 2, H43 Lund HF 1, Uppsala HK 2 and HF Orust.

IFK Tumba HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd 3 with 8-13. In the Final, Huddinge HK 1 won over IFK Bankeryd 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

IFK Tumba HK also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F07 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Vinslövs HK with 6-9.
