In addition to the two Ronneby teams, 68 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Ronneby HK 1 could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Tumba HK 1, Ystads IF HF 2, Huddinge HK 3, IFK Bankeryd 1, Lödde Vikings HK Playa, Eslövs IK 2, H43 Lund HF 1, Uppsala HK 2 and HF Orust.

Ronneby HK 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK Blå with 6-11. In the Final, HK Silwing-Troja won over Uppsala HK 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

Ronneby HK also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F07 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK 3 with 5-6.
