In addition to the three Alingsås teams, 67 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK Blå could be found in Group 3 together with H43 Lund HF 4, Haninge HK 1, Gökstens BK 2, Tyresö Handboll, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, Habo HK, IFK Malmö HF Gul, HK Aranäs 3 and Kristianstad HK 4.

Alingsås HK Blå continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Uppsala HK 1 with 7-8. In the Final, HK Silwing-Troja won over Uppsala HK 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

Alingsås HK also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the final in C-Slutspel, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 2 with 6-9 and ended up in second place.
