In addition to the four Kristianstad teams, 66 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kristianstad HK 4 could be found in Group 3 together with H43 Lund HF 4, Alingsås HK Blå, Haninge HK 1, Gökstens BK 2, Tyresö Handboll, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, Habo HK, IFK Malmö HF Gul and HK Aranäs 3.

Kristianstad HK 4 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby 2 with 6-7. In the Final, Huddinge HK 1 won over IFK Bankeryd 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

Kristianstad HK also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in F07 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Gökstens BK 1 with 8-10.
