In addition to the three Kristianstad teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Kristianstad HK 3 could be found in Group 4 together with IK Bolton Svart, Skuru IK, Lödde Vikings HK 3, Tollarps IF 3, Falköpings AIK HK ROSA, Alingsås HK 3, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Vit, Lugi HF 1 and IFK Bankeryd Blå.

Kristianstad HK 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 5-7. In the Final, GF Kroppskultur won over Ronneby HK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Kristianstad HK also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against VästeråsIrsta HF with 5-7.
