In addition to the four Kristianstad teams, 75 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Kristianstad HK 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Staffanstorps HK 1, IK Sävehof 1 Gul, Falu HK 1, IK Baltichov Lake Aspen, Uppsala HK 2, HK Ankaret, Spånga HK Sol, Lödde Vikings HK Svart and Ronneby HK.
Kristianstad HK 1 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against H43 Lund HF with 10-12. Thereby Kristianstad HK 1 finished second in F03 A-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019. Kristianstad HK also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018.
