In addition to the four Kristianstad teams, 66 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kristianstad HK 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Lödde Vikings HK Strand, Lugi HF 1, Uppsala HK 1, Huddinge HK 4, Ystads IF HF 1, Eslövs IK 1, IFK Tumba HK 2, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 and HK Aranäs 2.

Kristianstad HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Silwing-Troja with 8-9. In the Final, HK Silwing-Troja won over Uppsala HK 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

Kristianstad HK also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in F07 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Gökstens BK 1 with 8-10.
