In addition to the four Kristianstad teams, 66 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kristianstad HK 3 could be found in Group 6 together with Huddinge HK 2, H43 Lund HF 2, Skuru IK VIT, H 78 Sölvesborg, Staffanstorps HK Röd, Kärra HF, IFK Malmö HF, HK Aranäs 1 and Rimbo HK Roslagen.

Kristianstad HK 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Huddinge HK 3 with 5-8. In the Final, Haninge HK 1 won over Ystads IF HF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

Kristianstad HK also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in F07 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Gökstens BK 1 with 8-10.
