In addition to the two Ystads teams, 68 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 2 could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Tumba HK 1, Ronneby HK 1, Huddinge HK 3, IFK Bankeryd 1, Lödde Vikings HK Playa, Eslövs IK 2, H43 Lund HF 1, Uppsala HK 2 and HF Orust.

Ystads IF HF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF 1 with 7-10. In the Final, Huddinge HK 1 won over IFK Bankeryd 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

Ystads IF HF also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the Semi final in F07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK with 5-10.
