In addition to IFK Tumba HK, 69 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba HK could be found in Group 2 together with Westermalms IF HK, OV Helsingborg HK - Zahers soldater, Lugi HF 2, Ystads IF HF Gul, Uppsala HK, Åhus Handboll 1, Önnereds HK Grön, Hultsfreds HF and Halmstad Handboll Matadorerna.

IFK Tumba HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Falu HK Svart with 7-8. In the Final, IF Swithiod won over IFK Kristianstad 5 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

IFK Tumba HK also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 2 with 14-17.
