In addition to Hultsfreds HF, 69 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Hultsfreds HF could be found in Group 2 together with Westermalms IF HK, OV Helsingborg HK - Zahers soldater, Lugi HF 2, Ystads IF HF Gul, IFK Tumba HK, Uppsala HK, Åhus Handboll 1, Önnereds HK Grön and Halmstad Handboll Matadorerna.

Hultsfreds HF continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 1 with 6-8. In the Final, HK Malmö won over H 78 Sölvesborg 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

Hultsfreds HF also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in P03 C-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Hylte with 7-10.
