Spiel Ball ÖKH

Spiel Ball was one of 265 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar.

In addition to Spiel Ball, 35 other teams played in Öppen klass Herrar. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Spiel Ball could be found in Group 1 together with G Larsson Tigers, Ålis är singel, KSK ultras, Kryssjägarna HK, Suntrip ft. Claes, G MED LITE T and Waypoint Kristianstad.

Spiel Ball continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Upp med händerna with 11-12. In the Final, Vakant won over Upp med händerna and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar.

Spiel Ball comes from Helsingborg which lies approximately 100 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Helsingborg does also provide 8 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019 (GW Landskrona HK, Vikingarna, OV Helsingborg HK, Strömberg HC, Lödde Vikings HK, IK Sund, Spelstugan and OV Helsingborgs Beach HC).
