They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof G MED LITE T could be found in Group 1 together with G Larsson Tigers, Ålis är singel, Spiel Ball, KSK ultras, Kryssjägarna HK, Suntrip ft. Claes and Waypoint Kristianstad. G MED LITE T made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Kärleken boys with 5-10. Thereby G MED LITE T finished second in ÖKH A-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019.
