Waypoint Kristianstad ÖKH

Waypoint Kristianstad was one of 265 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar.

In addition to Waypoint Kristianstad, 35 other teams played in Öppen klass Herrar. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Waypoint Kristianstad could be found in Group 1 together with G Larsson Tigers, Ålis är singel, Spiel Ball, KSK ultras, Kryssjägarna HK, Suntrip ft. Claes and G MED LITE T.

Waypoint Kristianstad continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Kärleken boys with 6-7. In the Final, Kärleken boys won over G MED LITE T and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar.

Waypoint Kristianstad comes from Kristianstad which lies approximately 15 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Kristianstad does also provide 57 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019 (Among others: Åhus Guldkorn, H-town, Uti Bögda, Kryssjägarna HK, Hokkens påg e det!?, IFK Tylö, Josagrogg, Mattias, Team Kungöl and Tollarps IF).
