In addition to the three Alingsås teams, 46 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Höörs HK H 65 1, Åhus Handboll 1, Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå, Växjö HF 3, IK Lågan Hörby 2 and Skuru IK.

Alingsås HK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Täby HBK with 8-13. In the Final, Täby HBK won over IFK Tumba HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
