In addition to the three Växjö teams, 46 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Växjö HF 3 could be found in Group 4 together with Höörs HK H 65 1, Åhus Handboll 1, Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå, IK Lågan Hörby 2, Alingsås HK 2 and Skuru IK.

Växjö HF 3 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Vinslövs HK VHK 1 with 0-7. In the Final, Vinslövs HK VHK 1 won over Kristianstad HK Orange and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
