In addition to the two Alingsås teams, 60 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK Vit could be found in Group 6 together with Ljunghusens HK, Skuru IK 3, Höörs HK H 65 Röd, H43 Lund HF Blå, Gökstens BK Gul, IFK Tumba HK F 08, Ronneby HK 2 and HK Aranäs 2 Röd.

Alingsås HK Vit continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Haninge HK 2 with 4-10. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK röd won over Höörs HK H 65 Röd and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
